FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
THIRD ANNUAL MOUNTAIN SOL FESTIVAL RETURNS ONCE AGAIN TO THE MOUNTAINS OF SANTA CRUZ
New Festival Format to Bring Mountain Music Day One and “Sol” Music Day Two
Saturday, September 17 from 11:45 am – 7:00 pm
Sunday, September 18 from 11:45 am – 7:00 pm
Santa Cruz’s third annual Mountain Sol festival returns to the grove at Roaring Camp Railroad, Felton, September 17 and 18 for two-days of music and merriment.
Produced by Pulse Productions, this now annual festival has brought some pretty incredible acts to the Mountains of Santa Cruz, and this year is no different. What is different this year, however, is the format of the festival, featuring that “mountain” music feel on Saturday, followed by some good for your “sol” music on Sunday.
Saturday’s lineup features acts like Mike Love, Steve Kimock, G Love & Special Sauce, Third World, and closing the evening with Edward Sharpe & The Magnetic Zeros. Sunday’s sol lineup features Katdelic, Pimps of Joytime, Sheila E., Ozomatli, and closing out the evening with none other than George Clinton and Parliament Funkadelic. If that lineup doesn’t help you get your groove on and lift your soul, then we’re not sure what will!
